Legendary Companies is a mortgage company that works with 40+ wholesale lenders. Our offices are located in Dana Point CA and Saint Petersburg, FL. We are looking for a select few to expand our sales team, you can work from home, your own office, our Dana Point office or our ST. Pete's office. We are looking for salespeople that canjoin our team right away as an Independent Contractor. We provide leads and support!  No licensing necessary, however if you do have your MLO / NMLS license I will pay you more!

The job entails calling / texting / emailing leads that have opted in and expressed interest in getting a home loan. We do all types of loans and specialize in REFINANCES and HOME PURCHASES. You call and speak to potential borrowers, ask 7 to 10 questions, then email them a list of documents that we need, follow up and get the documents so that I can shop our 40 lenders to get them the best possible home loan for them with the lowest rate. The key to success is your ability to follow up and get their documents emailed/faxed in. This job is 100% commission paid when the loan funds and we are closing loans currently in 10 to 30 days.
