Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent mandatory
• Basic sales technique skills
• A hungry work ethic
• Team player attitude

Responsibilities:

• Licensing: Work diligently to obtain the necessary licensing, utilizing our comprehensive mortgage license training program.
• Production Goals: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly production goals and quotas set by the company, demonstrating a commitment to achieving success in the mortgage industry.
• Client Interaction: Provide borrowers with a white-glove customer service experience with clear instructions on completing the loan application, either through online applications or scheduled phone appointments, ensuring a smooth and efficient loan process.
• Communication: Promptly respond to all communications directly from borrowers or third parties (realtors, attorneys, etc.), maintaining clear and transparent communication throughout the loan process.
• Software Utilization: Acknowledge that information within Loan Origination Software (LOS) will be the primary data source for commissions/payroll, sales contests, call quotas, and performance metrics.
• Training and Development: Engage in ongoing professional development, staying updated on industry trends, products, and regulations to enhance your knowledge and skills.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including Loan Coordinators, to ensure a seamless and efficient loan origination process.
• Adaptability: Understand that responsibilities and tasks may evolve over time. Be open to changes, additions, and modifications in response to the dynamic nature of the mortgage industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
