Loan Officer Assistant

Lend-A-Loan is looking for a mortgage Loan Officer Assistant to join our top-producing team and assist our mortgage loan origination officers. This position requires a unique mix of sales and customer service skills, plus the ability to manage loan files from beginning to end. Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative duties such as making and screening calls, booking appointments, etc.
• Act as the primary contact between our clients and our company and schedule and conduct meetings to discuss any follow-up issues or items that need to be addressed
• Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork
• Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service

Qualifications

*Must reside in Michigan - position is located onsite in our Troy, Mi office*

• 1+ year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting
• Having an NMLS license is not required, but previous mortgage exp. is a plus!
• Strong communication skills - MUST be comfortable on the phone
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Self-motivated, high energy, and hungry for a six-figure income
• Excellent customer service and communication skills and willing to go above and beyond for customers and team
• High School Diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
