The Day to Day of a Beeline Loan Guide

• Help customers pick the right loan option for their situation and lock it (or they can do that in the Beeline Tracker flying solo). 
• Sell conventional conforming and non-QM loans
• Set up quality loan files for processors to get into underwriting quickly
• Work with operations team on moving files through the underwriting to CTC process

• Add value to the customer in all communications and help drive the outcomes to their goals.

The traits of a Beeline Loan Guide

• High emotional intelligence and empathy.
• Great communication in all channels — you’re directly available on phone, email, SMS and chat (all handled in a single CRM).
• Ability to multitask and be comfortable working at a fast pace.
• Able to focus on the present moment.
• Be well organized and clear thinking.
• Be quick on your feet and able to keep calm and solve unforeseen problems. Like we said, you take the weight off the customer’s shoulder — you don’t add to it.
• You’re more warm and less slick and polished.
• Great math, written and spoken skills. 
• We like it if you have hospitality experience. It means you’re responsive, can multi-task and juggle things and indicates that you’re warm and nice! So don’t hide that stuff when you send us your resume.
• You’re tech savvy, so you can learn our CRM instead of some old school pipeline report. You understand the massive difference between our product and those you’re familiar with. You don’t wig out with tech — you’re at home with it.
• Deep knowledge of lending regulations.
• A working proficiency in home loans
