SalaryDuties include but aren't limited to the following:
- Process files for shipment
- Audit the closing package for compliance.
- Prepare and audit entire package to be shipped.
- Review for missing signatures from underwriting, origination or closing agents and provide appropriate notes.
- Activate and transfer Mortgage Insurance as needed.
- Complete file retention procedures.
- Maintain focus on enhancing customer service skills and knowledge for internal and external customers.
- Sort, label, track and ship original Recorded Mortgage/Deeds of Trust and title policies.
- Follow up for Mortgages/Deeds of Trust that are aging and not yet received.
- Maintain necessary data entry within Loan Originating System.
- Scan, label and upload recorded Mortgages/Deeds of Trust and title policies into loan origination system.
- Maintain confidential information.
Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent is required
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Previous loan experience

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
