GENERAL SUMMARY
Following established company policies and procedures, assists Loan Officers in the following essential functions.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Follow up on reporting financial covenants and documents.
• Coordinate past due insurance tracking and follow-up with insurance agent for renewal. Upon receipt, review, and update in loan system.
• Organize credit and legal files, scan, and upload to Imaging System.
• Prepare payoff demand letter, and reconveyance for recording.
• Order reports (credit report, OFAC, appraisal, environmental, etc.)
• Assist with loan closing and booking.
• Assist with various account monitoring activities and handle customer inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: College degree in accounting or finance preferred, but not required.
• Experience: Experience in a lending or banking preferred, but not required.
• Skills/Ability: Proficient with Microsoft applications; Proficient in verbal and written communication skills in English; Bilingual in English and Chinese a plus.
