If you're interested in provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Commercial Lending Department, our Commercial Loan Assistant II role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our Lending Administration team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary receptionist for loan officers, which includes but is not limited to: answering incoming telephone calls, resolving customer inquiries within prescribed authority, scheduling appointments, composing written correspondence and memos, and providing administrative & clerical assistance
• Prepare and maintain loan-related reports, including: "applications in process/pipeline reports"
• Assist lending officers in the preparation of pre-funding worksheets, loan documentation checklists and any other communications necessary to properly submit a loan package
• Create/start collateral and credit files
• Maintain and file loan application documents for loan officers
• Prepare appropriate loan disbursement entries (cashiers checks, deposit, wire transfer etc.) on signing date, according to loan disbursement instructions provided
• Anticipate needs and given general instructions, is able to outline assignments, conduct research, and propose solutions for projects or special projects

Who You Are

• 1 year of experience in Financial Services preferred
• Understanding of Commercial Loan documentation
