We have 21 branches serving Beachwood, Chardon, Cortland, Dublin, Garrettsville, Mantua, Middlefield, Newbury, Plain City, Powell, Orwell, Solon, Sunbury, Twinsburg, Westerville, Bellefontaine, Marysville, Ada, and Kenton. The Bank also operates a Loan Production Office in Mentor, Ohio.

We are currently seeking a team oriented individual with Loan Administration skills, to join our team. The Loan Administration Specialist is responsible for entering loan information into the various loan data systems by developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of all Bank systems to ensure the data input is correct, and accurately reflects the terms of executed loan documents or administrative changes. The individual is responsible to ensure the integrity of data that is utilized throughout other areas of the Bank, including general ledger, customer and third party reporting. In addition, the LAS has responsibility for day to day system changes and maintenance to comply with Bank regulations and all loan servicing tasks.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Enter all types of new loan data into the system by upload or manual entry to include all general ledger and monetary processing.
  • Perform maintenance on all existing loans including non-post items to ensure compliance with documents, reporting, and secondary market reporting and all other regulatory compliance.
  • Close all paid off loan files in the system and cancelling collateral as appropriate and within department timelines.
  • Process charge offs, non-accruals and other adjustments for delinquent loans or loans where systems adjustments are requested by authorized parties.
  • Maintain ticklers on all loan systems including loan interest rate indexes.
  • Maintain and process all participation accounts including SBA related accounting.
  • Quote and process payoffs of all types of loans.


To be considered you will need:

  • Minimum experience to be successful in this job is 5 years of relevant work experience in a banking industry.
  • Experience with Fiserv Premier is highly desirable.
  • Experience with loan documentation.
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Bank information systems.
