Loading/Routing

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Loading/Routing professional to join our team. As a Loading/Routing employee, you will be responsible for handling and routing trucks. This role requires heavy lifting, operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, and ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations. You must have at least two years of DOT experience.

Duties:
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Operate heavy equipment such as forklift
- Safely handle materials and ensure proper storage and organization within the warehouse
- Follow routing instructions to ensure accurate and timely delivery of lumber
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisor to prioritize loading and routing tasks
- Inspect equipment regularly and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in materials handling or warehouse operations preferred
- Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as forklifts
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 70 pounds)
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations related to materials handling and equipment operation
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
