What Are We Looking For?
Highly motivated, dedicated, self-starter, who has a passion for construction or is willing to learn on the job.
Loading & Shipping Team Lead: Full-time; 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Starting Pay: $25.26 (Progression pay based on performance)
Job Summary:
The Loading & Shipping Associate will play a vital role providing guidance to the L&S team specific to loading, shipping and securing shipments.
- Lead and oversee the work of a team of employees who have the responsibility to safely and accurately load and secure construction materials on trailers.
- Acts as backup supervisor with duties that may include: planning, assigning, training, directing daily operations in the plant.
- Distributing all loose materials onto the framing pack loads and prepping loads for transportation to the set.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy.
- Safely transport finish framing packs from facility to staging area.

What You Bring:
- Must be 18 years old
- Prior warehouse/or construction knowledge is a plus
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to understand building material usages and construction practices
- Ability to utilize hand tools: tape measure, nail and staple guns, table or chop saw.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis and climb up and down a ladder
- Excellent communication, conflict, and people skills
- Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
