PATROL OFFICER

Salary Range: $55,670 - $62,047 (DOE)

Base work week is 42 hours (4-10 ½ hour shifts)

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:

Applicants must have a H.S. diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred. Preference will be given to those possessing any NH police certification. Veterans could collect a stipend using the GI Bill benefits while training to become a Littleton Police Officer.  Age should be 21 years or older; hold a valid driver's license; have physical ability to carry out essential functions of the position; be able to follow instructions; communicate effectively in writing & verbally, and develop a working knowledge of all applicable ordinances and statutes.

THE SELECTION PROCESS WILL CONSIST OF:

Selection process will include, but is not limited to, a written exam, psychological testing, extensive background investigation, physical exam and a polygraph may be administered prior to employment. A desire for a challenging and exciting career while working with a team is an absolute must.
