Litigation Paralegal/Secretary

Boutique personal injury litigation firm looking for a paralegal or legal secretary who can handle the stress of litigation and court deadlines.

• Candidate will have experience with personal injury.
• Responsibilities include filing in state court, drafting and responding to discovery, communicating with insurance adjusters, negotiating settlements, interviewing clients and preparing trial documents.
• Looking for a long-term employee who will become family as we are a tight-knit office. 
• The perfect candidate will be motivated to learn and grow with us, be a problem solver who figures out how to complete tasks on their own and not someone who is willing to jump ship for a slight increase in pay.
• Onsite work required.
• Spanish speaking is a PLUS.
