Litigation Paralegal

Foley & Mansfield, a professional limited liability partnership, is a national law firm with more than 110 attorneys in offices from coast to coast. We provide legal expertise, creative solutions and extensive trial experience for large corporations, small businesses, and individuals.

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our St. Louis / Edwardsville team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills. This team member will be tasked with:

• Case Management on complex litigation cases in several states
• Preparing legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Obtaining, summarizing, and analyzing medical records
• Managing large document productions, exhibit and trial preparation
• Attendance at trial as needed
• Social media research
• Managing files and documents, coordinating with support services, opposing law firms, and courts
• Maintaining schedules and deadlines
• Other projects as assigned

Qualifications • Paralegal certificate or equivalent degree • 5+ years of complex litigation experience • Familiarity with litigation databases • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications • Ability to anticipate attorney needs • High attention to detail • Ability to work overtime as needed
