PART-TIME REMOTE CORPORATE LITIGATION PARALEGAL NEEDED (10+ hours/week)

Corporate Paralegal needed to support a busy practice in multiple time zones (flexible hours) in the area of Corporate Law. The focus of the firm is to develop and maintain long-term client partnerships through the creation of an exceptional client experience, in a culture oriented law firm. A polished, detail-oriented, highly responsive, proactive paralegal with a positive attitude and experience in complex litigation is a must, as well as the below qualifications. This is a remote position.

Experience and Hard Skills:

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a corporate paralegal, REQUIRED; - Experience with corporate formation, assistance with preparation of Operating Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements, Stock Purchase Agreements, and associated documents;
• Experience prepared Closing Binders (corporate transactions)
• Experience drafting cover letters;
• Experience managing deadlines and calendars with precision;
• Experience billing time.
• Solid understanding of case flow; - Highly responsive, communicative, and organized, with ability to timely keep partners with whom they work organized and calendared.

• Skilled and candid communicator with excellent attention to details; - Proactivity and reliability are your forté, and you are proud of it, working with partners only in an international business model; - You are not afraid to ask questions in any and all gray areas so that your work product is pristine;
• You take ownership of your work product and the tasks assigned to you. - Ability to be flexible and work with shifting priorities.

Technology:

• PC required;
• Experienced user of Microsoft programs;
• Experience with Clio Manage and/or NetDocuments is preferred, but not required

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Work Location:

• Remote (flexible work hours with Eastern Time Zone Preferred, other state time zones will be considered)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 6 years (Required)
• Litigation Paralegal: 3 years (Required)
• Corporate Law: (Preferred)
• Knowledge of Clio Manage and/or NetDocuments (Preferred)
