Litigation Attorney - Remote

Whitemore James Black is presently a well-respected law firm on their search for a temporary Litigation Attorney to join their team on an open-ended basis.  This role is fully remote, though attorneys must have an active license to practice law.

The ideal candidate will be junior-to-mid level (2 to 4 years), and have prior substantive litigation experience. More senior candidates interested in this opportunity will also be considered.  This attorney wlill primarily work on products liability and tort litigation.  Primarily, the attorney will be working on legal research & writing projects, drafting motions, and assisting with discovery, including document review.

The hourly pay rate for this role will be $50 to $80 DOE.
