Litigation Attorney

Description:

Commercial Real Estate Attorneys is a boutique law firm servicing the commercial real estate and construction industries. The firm is currently seeking to hire a full-time Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2 years of experience in civil litigation. Qualified applicants must be licensed to practice law in New Jersey and New York (or have the ability to waive into these jurisdictions)
This is an in-office position in the firm's Newark, NJ office (please do not apply if you are interested in a remote or hybrid arrangement).
Responsibilities:
Handle complex construction and real estate litigation matters including drafting of pleadings and discovery, conduct of depositions, and court appearances including potential for trial, in all both New Jersey and New York Courts, and Federal Courts.
Qualifications:
Qualified candidates should possess a strong work ethic, the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, and the ability to meet deadlines. Strong writing and analytical skills are a must.
