Litigation Attorney

Description:

Business & Real Estate Lawyers is looking for an Attorney to assist our business law firm with our civil litigation practices.
The candidate should be proficient in all aspects of general civil litigation in both federal and state courts. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in civil litigation, including discovery, ADR and trial.
Qualifications:
Licensed to practice law and in good standing in Arizona; heavy preference for attorneys barred in multiple jurisdictions
Requirements:

• Support with drafting litigation pleadings, including complaints, answers, and motions
• Engage in litigation trial support, including discovery requests and depositions
• Must be extremely detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment, while prioritizing and meeting deadlines
• Display the highest level of ethical conduct and integrity
• Must be a team player and supportive of colleagues

Experience:
Civil Litigation: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:

• AZ Bar Admission (Required)
