Litigation Attorney

Litigation Attorney for all aspects of client representation in the areas of Employment, Business and Real Estate Law as well as understand the arbitration process. Candidate will communicate with clients throughout the litigation process to keep them informed about the status of their cases and any new developments. Must demonstrate legal knowledge, skill, thoroughness, and preparation. Will work closely with Partner to help manage all phases of the litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. Must also have experience in arbitration law as well as gathering evidence and building a strong case for the client. Prior experience with motion practice, discovery dispute, and trial preparation required. Minimum four years litigation experience. Pay is $100 per hour, based on hours billed.
