Litigation Associate - Now Hiring

Siegfried Rivera has an immediate opening for an experienced Litigation Associate. This is an exciting career opportunity with competitive salary and full benefits. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years’ litigation experience. State and Federal trial experience is required.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to review and analyze cases effectively
• Draft and edit pleadings
• Attend hearings, depositions, mediations and trials in state and federal court
• Manage cases and meet client expectations effectively
• Build trusting relationships with clients
• Meet annual billable hour requirements and record time efficiently

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to the FL State Bar
• 3-5 years of litigation experience
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of litigation cases from inception to trial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills, have attention to detail and be able to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Be proactive and a self-starter
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be an excellent team player and personable
• Strong academic credentials
