About the Job:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney at A Commericial Transactions Law Firm located in Farmers Branch, TX. The Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of Commercial Litigation matters, including legal research, drafting pleadings, managing discovery, attending hearings, and providing legal advice and representation to clients. The Associate Attorney will also assist with trial preparation and participate in negotiations and settlement discussions.
Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar of Texas
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Litigation
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Experience in handling depositions, hearings, and trials is a plus
