Description:
ProspectBlue has partnered with a reputable law firm that is seeking a Junior Litigation Associate for their office in Jacksonville, Florida.
The Commercial Litigation group is equipped to assist all manner of companies, including financial institutions, public companies and closely-held corporations, in all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution. They have extensive experience:
- defending clients in high-stakes litigation such as banking and securities class actions, shareholder derivative suits and regulatory investigations;
- representing officers and directors as individual defendants; and
- advising clients regarding risk mitigation and compliance with state and federal laws.

Job Requirements:
- Qualified candidates will have 1 – 4 years of commercial litigation experience.
- Experience with class action action, real estate litigation, financial services litigation, is a plus.
- Excellent academic credentials and writing skills are also required.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida
