New agents start with a fair 80/20 split, while qualified Listing Agents begin with a 90/10 split. After one year and $50k in commissions, automatically earn equity. Additional equity can then be earned through referrals and milestones. With Outlive, when we win, you win!

Role Description
This is a contract remote role for Real Estate Agents. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with real estate sales, listing properities, property tours, document preparation, and negotiations. The Real Estate Agent will also be responsible for promoting properties and networking to grow their client base.
Qualifications
- Real Estate License and experience in sales/rentals/commercial
- Experience in Real Property and knowledge of the local real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in all transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
