Responsibilities: (once licensed)

- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties

- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices

- Provide guidance and support to clients throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process

- Create and maintain listings of available properties

- Market properties through various advertising and promotional channels

- Coordinate property showings and open houses

- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements

- Prepare and review legal documents, such as purchase agreements and leases

- Stay up-to-date with Real Estate laws, regulations, and market trends

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and other professionals in the industry

- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in contracts and legal documents

- Knowledge of Real Estate law and regulations to provide accurate information and advice to clients

- Administrative skills to handle paperwork, scheduling, and record keeping

- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
