Fairway Liquor is looking for team members who thrive in a boutique and have excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Build rapport with customers and provide excellent customer service.
Check identification to determine customer eligibility for liquor, smoking, and vape product purchases.
Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.
Stock product and maintain displays according to planograms and merchandising standards.
Keep the store clean and maintained in an organized manner.
Operate POS and balance the cash register.
Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions.
Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner.
Prepare, cook, and sell food and drinks.
Accurately price and label products as needed.
Develop and retain product knowledge.
Assist customers with finding products and make recommendations.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must have reliable transportation.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Strong listening and communications skills.
Willingness to learn with job specific technology.
Problem solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot when necessary.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Exercise basic math skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of the team.
Occasionally be able to lift up to 20 pounds.
