Job Description
• Familiar and experience with Linux OS – a must.
• Familiar and experience with Virtualizations. – a must.
• Familiar with Network switches and Firewall – Strong advantage.
• Familiar with central storage system – Strong advantage.
• Familiar with databases – ability to read and writes SQL queries – Strong advantage.
• Familiar with Orchestration. Dockers and Kubernetes – Strong advantage.
Roles & responsibilities:
• On site Support engineer at customer facility or remotely from home.
• Providing periodic, predicted support as Preventive maintenance and upgrades as scheduled with the team and/or external team.
• Providing ad hoc, unplanned support, corrective maintenance. Identify issues, working with the teams till resolution.
• Learn, practice, document and be well organized with all layers of work.
• Be a team player. Working in a team, Global team that helps each other.
• Be responsible. Take ownership.
