R+L Carriers has immediate need for Linehaul Dispatchers at our Hatfield, PA Service Center
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing geographical specific plans to insure service standards are achieved in the most economical means possible.
- Direct the use of Purchased Transportation and Intermodal
- Coordinate LCV lanes in geographical areas. Reduce partial and empty dispatches by managing freight flow and resources.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Experience and education a plus!
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience using PC, Database and Mainframe applications. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
