Working a 12.5-hour, 4-days-off scheduled DAY SHIFT (6:30 to 7:00), the process LINE OPERATOR is responsible for operating and maintaining the assigned line in a safe and efficient manner with high quality and productivity. And to provide support to the line lead.
- Safety: Near-miss and BBS reporting participation
- Meet productivity standards
- Complete required documentation
- Troubleshoot issues with quality or productivity related to the team or the machine
- Adjust machinery as needed
- A high Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Ability to read a tape measure
- Recent manufacturing experience
- positive team-oriented attitude and communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task with little direction while maintaining high attention to detail
