Under the general supervision of the Manager of Linehaul, the Line Haul Administrative Assistant performs administrative and customer service functions for the Line Haul department including invoice reconciliation, hotel and corporate driver lodging audit, dispatch assistance, and weekly reporting.
Responsibilities
- Prepares general and weekly reports.
- Aids in accounting functions within the department as needed.
- Acts as hotel and driver lodging administrator and keeps records of hotel usage and compliance.
- Performs customer service and shipment tracing functions.
- Performs additional duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year Administrative Assistant experience
- Transportation experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Rate: $19.86 - $22.85 per hour, based on experience
