We are seeking a skilled Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team in the culinary department. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation, ensuring food safety and handling, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. ```Duties```
- Assist in the preparation of meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Operate kitchen equipment such as knives, slicers, and mixers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen area
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in food service or culinary roles is preferred
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Basic math skills for recipe measurements and portioning

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
