Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare ingredients for complex meal creation under the guidance of senior culinary staff.
• Adhere to standardized recipes and portion control measures to maintain food consistency.
• Execute the cooking and plating of menu items in accordance with FH Brunch Factory's high standards.
• Ensure the kitchen area remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe dining experience.
• Work collaboratively with the culinary team to facilitate efficient kitchen operations.
• Contribute to the menu planning and innovation process when required.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a similar role (Line Cook, Prep Cook) within the food service industry.
• Comprehensive knowledge of food handling, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Culinary training or relevant certifications will be considered an asset.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to function effectively as part of a team.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
