Key Responsibilities:

- Execute the cooking and plating of menu items in accordance with FH Brunch Factory's high standards.
- Ensure the kitchen area remains clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
- Follow strict food safety and sanitation standards to guarantee a safe dining experience.
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to facilitate efficient kitchen operations.
- Contribute to the menu planning and innovation process when required.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role (Line Cook, Prep Cook) within the food service industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of food handling, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Culinary training or relevant certifications will be considered an asset.
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to function effectively as part of a team.
