Line cook positions for AM and PM shifts available. 3 to 5 years comparable experience need only apply. Considered applicants must be proficient in prep, grilling, sauté, knife skills, order assemblage, plating and the ability to follow the instructions of the Executive Chef and Expediter.
We are an upscale BBQ Steakhouse with limited seafood offerings. Our environment is casual and very fast paced with high quality food and a goal of excellence towards customer satisfaction.
Live line audition with Executive Chef is required for the position. If you’re a hard working team player, this position may be what you are looking for. Reliable self-transportation is a must.
Pay is negotiable depending upon experience and availability.
