SalaryElevations Chophouse @ SKYLARANNA Resort & SPA is seeking experienced part time Line Cooks. It can turn into full time with the right candidate.
This position would be Wednesday-Saturday 2-10pm.
Responsibilities:
-Must have previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment
-Ability to work on your feet for six hours or more a day
-High level of professionalism
-Excellent verbal communication and organization skills
-Must be able to lift at least 40 pounds at a time on a regular basis
- ServSafe certification a plus
- Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen is set up and stocked.
- Prepare simple components of each dish on the menu by chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and preparing sauces.
- Report to the Executive Chef and follow instructions.
- Make sure food preparation and storage areas meet health and safety standards.
- Clean prep areas and take care of leftovers.
- Stock inventory and supplies.
- Cook menu items with the support of the kitchen staff.
- Maintain a clean, safe, sanitary and orderly kitchen
- Help with all banquets, events and weddings
Pay is $18-20 per hour plus $1000 sign on bonus. Bonus paid $500 after 90 days and second 90 days another $500.
