Prep Cook Set Schedule - Tuesday - Saturday 9Am - 4Pm

THIS JOB OPPORTUNITY IS FOR A SET SCHEDULE - TUESDAY - SATURDAY 9am - 4pm. ADDITIONAL SHIFTS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR MONDAYS AS NEEDED.

ALL CANDIDATES SHOULD:

· Maintain a positive and outgoing attitude at all times!

· Have at least 2+ years of relevant professional kitchen experience

· Have a strong culinary foundation - including excellent knife skills, knowledge of cooking methods, etc.

· Have a desire to learn and grow – we believe in continuous improvement for our business and our team!

· Have advanced knowledge of food safety, FIFO, and HACCP procedures

· Maintain high level of personal hygiene

· Work in an efficient, timely, clean manner

· Be accountable, trustworthy and punctual

· Pass a mandatory company background check

· Manage timing/ multitasking as needed to ensure deadlines are met

· Be creative - contribute ideas towards specials, menu changes, and more!

· Culinary Degree/ Certification is preferred

· Have a clean driving record and be able to drive company vehicles - not required but ideal

· Have open availability, including nights & weekends - not required but ideal

YOUR JOB WILL INCLUDE:

· Maintaining a positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.

· Working directly with our Executive Chef, Sous Chef and Prep Cooks

· Culinary prep work for catered events, including large scale batch cooking and production

· Adhering to TIN Kitchen safety policies and procedures including proper food safety and sanitation

· Other duties and tasks as assigned by manager
