Line Cook/Prep Cook

Hi there! Tumble 22 Burnet Rd is looking for experienced Line Cooks and Prep Cooks that love fried chicken and that have a passion for fresh and delicious food. We are growing as a company and looking for dedicated individuals looking to grow with us as well. We offer cross-training across all stations including fry, prep, bake, and line. You will work closely with the culinary team to ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest standards and meet customer expectations. Duties include:
- Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items according to recipes and guidelines
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery of meals
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen area

- Restocking and maintaining prep and pars
- Contribute to menu planning and suggest new ideas for dishes or improvements

-Maintaining and organizing product according to date (FIFO)

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a professional kitchen or food industry preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
