We are currently seeking a Lighting ControlProject Manager who will collaborate closely with the Senior Lighting Designer to absorb best practices in designing and implementing smart home lighting systems in residential settings ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients and deliver project progress reports
- Oversee quality control of projects
- Ensure change orders are created and delivered accurately and in a timely manner
- Attend meetings and regularly communicate with contractors, architects, designers, and clients
- Develop and maintain project and technician schedules
- Track and monitor equipment procurement, delivery, and installation
- Ensure all programming and client education are completed
- Monitor the financial budget of each project and overall project forecasting
- Ensure project billing is completed in a timely manner
Qualifications:
- Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware and software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and follow-through.
- Previous Lighting Control experience preferred
