Light Industrial Recruiter

Full-time Position Payrate: $18/hr + .10 & .15 incentive for each hired billable hour Schedule: Monday-Friday: 8am-5pm - some Saturday and evenings This is not a remote position. Bilingual is a PLUS! Responsibilities and Duties Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and building relationships with candidates for current and future opportunities.

Source candidates from multiple job boards, resume databases, social media, and other niche sites, conduct screening interviews, and document the process and feedback in our applicant tracking/on-boarding systems. Proactively develop pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs. Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations concerning employment.
