Overview:
JOB MISSION: The Productivity Specialist position is essential to life skill building and movement towards independence for our clients. The Productivity Specialist helps the clients at the develop Life Skills that pertain to implementing healthy habits, managing personal space, and regulating technology. Providing opportunity for young adult women+ live beyound attachment and trauma wounds. They show great tenacity and perseverance to get after the projects, assignments, and experiences that the clients need to achieve their life skill goals. They will practice with the clients and be with them in the journey of learning until the clients demonstrate the ability to complete skills independently. The Productivity Specialist is responsible to implement the tools of the Integrated Attachment Model in their work. They are an excellent teacher and meets the clients where they are in their development. They are fluent in the language of habit building and help clients understand their mindsets, structures, and actions to build habits and skills. This helps us achieve our mission of launching healthy, secure, and integrated women+. The Self-Care Specialist views all client behaviors through the lens of attachment and helps them overcome learning obstacles in attuned ways. They provide opportunities for clients to restore their personal power, experience attuned relationships, and create individual designs for their life.

Responsibilities:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manages Life Skill Classes: 6 Basics Implementing Health Habits, Managing Personal Space, Money Management, Regulating Technology, Education and Employment, Time Management
  • Supports the clients in creating a personal design or career path by identifying skill deficits and creating individualized teaching opportunities (ex: find and maintain meaningful employment, learn necessary Life Skills, and be involved in community service and/or educational pursuits, etc.)
  • Uses assessments given to clients to create a personal design or career path
  • Interacts with the clients individually, in a group and classroom setting
  • Uses quality teaching components
  • Observe, identify, and teach Life Skills through instruction and experience.
  • Develops their understanding of the Healthy, Strong, and Influential program and helps to implement the program
  • Family system work
Qualifications:
What do you bring to this position?
  • Bachelor Degree in Education, Mental Health Field, Occupational Therapy, or related discipline.
  • Experience in working with at-risk youth or young adults.
  • Ability to work closely with therapists, staff, and nurses.
  • Maintain company required training
  • Knowledge of mental health disorders.
  • Skilled in teaching and motivating young adults.
