Responsibilities:
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters personal growth and development.
- Provide individualized instruction and support to participants to help them achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with other staff members and community partners to enhance the effectiveness of the program.
- Monitor and assess participant progress and provide feedback to promote continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, performance, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Previous experience working with individuals in need, such as those experiencing homelessness or incarceration.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of best practices in adult education and Life Skills training.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic and challenging environment.
This is a part-time position in recovery homes and correctional facilities for adults.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 10 per week
