Responsibilities:
* Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
* Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
* Resolve client inquiries and complaints
* Make at least 300 calls/dials per week
* Comply with insurance standards and regulations
* Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
* One year of sales preferred
* Ability to build rapport with clients
* Not afraid of the phones
* Strong negotiation skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to consistently develop yourself
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
