Monthly Base Salary + Commission

Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

Educate clients on the importance of Life Insurance and the benefits it provides.

Analyze clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable policies based on their financial goals and risk tolerance.

Promptly follow up with leads and respond to inquiries to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas to contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust.

Strong time management and organizational skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and professional goals.

Must have a valid California Life Insurance License or be willing to obtain one within a specified timeframe.

A Life & Health Insurance license is required.
