As an Entry Level Insurance Sales Agent, you will:

Compensation:

- agents typically earn $40,000 - $65,000 on average
- agents can receive up to $12,000 in production-based incentives in the first year
- to $5,000 bonuses available in the first four months
- agents earn $100,000+ in commissions and bonuses
