Base Salary starting at $45,000-$75,000 per year.
What You WON'T Be Doing:
- Writing 6-paragraph emails when 3 sentences will suffice.
- Wasting time on micromanagement-because you won't be micromanaged.
- Settling for mediocrity. We aim for excellence in all we do.
YOU WILL:
- Analyze and interpret new laws, regulations, and Department of Insurance (DOI) bulletins.
- Identify impacts on our Insurance Products and draft compliance amendments.
- Set up, manage, and negotiate SERFF filings with state insurance departments.
- Provide clear and concise legal research and guidance to your team.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a variety of projects.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in Regulatory Compliance, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Proficient in MS Office, with a focus on SharePoint.
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a remote setting.
- Property & Casualty experience a plus.
