Life Coach/Mentor

Job description

Mentor/Coach, helping young adults with developmental disabilities build skills such as: independent living, pre-vocational & social skills. Help prepare individuals to have a successful future by building an action plan with steps towards independence. Keeping members motivated, while helping them achieve their goals.

*Must be able to travel to Lemoore/Handford/Lindsay as needed.

*Must be able 1 weekend a month.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: Up to $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Shift availability:

• Day Shift (Preferred)
• Night Shift 6 pm - 10 pm (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
