### Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Licensing Specialist to join our team. As a Licensing Specialist, you will be responsible for helping healthcare workers get their licensed renewed or get new licenses in specific states. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and has experience with MD licensing applications.
### Duties:
- Complete license applications and ensure accuracy
- Understand provider licensure requirements in US for multiple license types (MD, DO, RN, NP, LCSW)
- Validate and verify work history, licensure, and continuing medical education
- Resolve any follow-ups from licensing board
- Share updates with clients on licensing status
- Coordinate with multiple people in the process to ensure licensure
- Attend video meetings as needed
### Experience:
- Experience working in healthcare licensing for a variety of healthcare customers
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
