Key Qualifications
- Providing comfortable and compassionate care for clients as the first point of contact
- Proficiency meeting aggressive timely completion of all documentations.
- Passionate and self-motivated, with excellent organizational and time management skills while meeting aggressive timely completion of all documentation.
- Experience working in a team-oriented environment demonstrating positive demeanor regardless of changing work conditions.
- Meticulous attention to detail & strong ability to retain and contextualize information.
- Deep understanding the pharmacology and physiologic effects of methadone is desirable.
Description
The candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate a highly optimized and specialized environment where priorities may shift daily while working autonomously, taking initiative, and complete tasks you are responsible for. You will have a deep background in reporting standards and norms, compliance, strong written and verbal communication, and a deep understanding of the medical/nursing landscape.
Education & Experience
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- LVN license (Required)
- Experience in a clinical setting, knowledge of chemical dependency (Preferred)
- Working knowledge of applicable portions of Title 9 and Title 22 is desirable.
- Bilingual (Preferred)
Pay & Benefits
At Janus, base salary is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $37.00 and $41.00 per hour and your base pay will be considered on your job-related skills, training, qualifications, experience, and relevant education.
