Responsibilities:
As an LVN at White Olive Direct Primary Care, your responsibilities will encompass a blend of clinical and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:
- Administering IV therapy and phlebotomy with precision and compassion, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
- Front office duties: Answering phones, making appointments, educating patients, and coordinating care to provide exceptional service
- Back office duties: Rooming patients, obtaining vitals, inputting medical information in patient charts, and drawing labs with accuracy and efficiency
- Assisting physicians and nurse practitioners in providing comprehensive patient care
- Providing patient education and support to foster empowerment and informed decision-making
- Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional patient outcomes
- Participating in administrative tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of our practice
Qualifications:
To thrive in this multifaceted role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Current LVN license in the state of California
- CPR certification
- Prior experience in a medical office setting, particularly with IV therapy, phlebotomy, clinical, and administrative duties, is highly preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in basic clinical procedures including: IV therapy administration, phlebotomy, and clinical documentation
