White Olive Direct Primary Care, nestled in Woodland Hills, CA, is excited to announce an immediate job opening for a full-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with IV therapy, phlebotomy, and a mix of clinical and administrative duties. Responsibilities:
As an LVN at White Olive Direct Primary Care, your responsibilities will encompass a blend of clinical and administrative tasks, including but not limited to:

• Administering IV therapy and phlebotomy with precision and compassion, ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times
• Front office duties: Answering phones, making appointments, educating patients, and coordinating care to provide exceptional service
• Back office duties: Rooming patients, obtaining vitals, inputting medical information in patient charts, and drawing labs with accuracy and efficiency
• Assisting physicians and nurse practitioners in providing comprehensive patient care
• Providing patient education and support to foster empowerment and informed decision-making
• Collaborating closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and exceptional patient outcomes
• Participating in administrative tasks as needed to support the efficient operation of our practice

Qualifications:
To thrive in this multifaceted role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Current LVN license in the state of California
• CPR certification
• Prior experience in a medical office setting, particularly with IV therapy, phlebotomy, clinical, and administrative duties, is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in basic clinical procedures including: IV therapy administration, phlebotomy, and clinical documentation
