We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team. As an LVN, you will play a crucial role in providing quality patient care and assisting with various medical procedures. Duties:
- Deliver nursing care and supportive services following the treatment plan outlined by the physician/provider and adhering to the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) while executing these responsibilities.
- Conduct precise assessments, interpret and correlate findings, develop care plans, monitor patient progress, document relevant observations, execute physician and nursing treatment plans, and assess outcomes effectively.
Experience/Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Prior experience in a medical office, hospice, or similar healthcare environment
- Proficiency with medical terminology and documentation procedures
- Familiarity with hospice procedures
- Knowledge with HospiceMD (advantage but not required)
Requirements:
- Valid LVN license in the state of California
- Driver's License
- Car Insurance Proof
- Liability Insurance Proof
- CPR Certification
