Full Job Description:
VCG is hiring! We are a building something great and are looking for you to join our team! The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, professional, upbeat, and friendly. Must be comfortable on a computer and take feedback well. Knowledge in veterinary setting and Cornerstone software a plus. We will train you for the rest.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files Execute exams and treatments of patients
- Manage daily surgery/dental schedule
- Patient Handling & Restraint
- Radiology Stocking, cleaning, and assisting the team with medical care
- Client Communication
- Additional duties as assigned
