We are currently seekinga skilled and experience LSW to join our warm and growing team!

Position:

Licensed Social Worker

The LSW is responsible for planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the Social Service Department in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, as well as established policies and procedures, to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the patients/residents are met and maintained on an individual basis.

Full Time

Pay Rate:

$28.00 - $31.00/hr

Qualifications:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Social Work or Human Services
• Minimum of two (2) years experience in a supervisory capacity in a LTC/SNF.
• Must be a Licensed Social Worker in the state of Nevada
