We are seeking a reliable and personable Showing Agent to join us. As a Showing Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective buyers by showcasing properties and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires a strong knowledge of the local Real Estate market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for prospective buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property in a professional and informative manner..
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on properties, including pricing, property details, neighborhood amenities, and comparable sales.
• Answer questions and address concerns from potential buyers during property tours, demonstrating a deep understanding of each property's unique selling points.
• Maintain a positive and engaging demeanor to establish a strong rapport with clients, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather feedback from clients after property showings, providing valuable insights and assisting in the negotiation process.
• Stay current with market trends, property values, and new listings to effectively communicate changes and opportunities to potential buyers.
• Utilize technology and digital tools to schedule appointments, manage client information, and provide follow-up communications.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Real Estate, sales, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the local Real Estate market, including property types, pricing trends, and neighborhood amenities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with potential buyers.
• Professional and polished appearance, with the ability to present oneself in a confident and approachable manner.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-up with clients.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as property showings often occur outside of regular business hours.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for attending property showings.
• Must have SUPRA& MLS access
• Must be in good standing with the State licensing board
